Where can I find real surveys for cash sites?

I am looking for sites that have surveys that you can take and get cash for it. I don’t want anything where I have to pay up front for anything. I’ve been told they’re out there. Anyone know of the best survey sites out there? You can use: http://www.paidconsumerresearch.com/
